Croucher Ale
Aroma – Massive up front fruit with strong freshly crushed grain. Passionfruit and lychees predominate with a stonefruit undertone – fruit salad on weetbix. Grassiness from three Nelson hop varieties compliment the fruit to give an aroma reminiscent of a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc but the grunt in the palate leaves you in no doubt that this is a very serious beer.
Epic Hop Zombie
Hops have taken over the world. Permeated the senses of the minions. Hop Zombies now roam the streets. Lupulin ichor oozing from ravaged legions. Gorging, gouging, masticating. Salivating over insane hop flavours and aromas. The time is nigh. No more festering away in hopless oblivion. Join the HopZombie Revolution.
Moa Original
MoaMoa Original is a classically brewed lager created from a blend of New Zealand premium malts and Nelson hops. Fermented with traditional bottom fermenting yeast, Moa Original shows an array of smooth velvety characters on the palate but also has a refreshing floral nose.
Three Boys Wheat beer
Three Boys Wheat evokes ancient abbey ales, when yeasts were wild and spices instead of hops were added for bitterness. We use genuine Belgian yeast that with the wheat malt produces the authentic frothy head, cloudiness and huge flavours sought in this wit bier (white beer) style. The addition of coriander and citrus zest really make this beer special
Tutuara Bohemian Pilsner
Everyone loves a good Pilsner. It reminds them of all those green bottle lagers they used to drink after they graduated from law school and got a job in media. Only there’s something more. The authentic Czech yeast, selected for its ability to reduce esters by fermenting at low temperatures, has thrown the bitterness forward and enhanced the malt. And then there’s that aromatic sensation that signifies the presence of a decent Saaz hopping regime.
Mata Manuka
Mata Manuka is a smooth, clean tasting golden coloured ale edged with a hint of NZ’s native Manuka honey. The addition of aromatic Manuka honey prior to fermentation gives this beer it’s distinctive herbal notes, a very smooth and well rounded mouth-feel and a slight residual sweetness. Aotearoa’s flagship beer.
